No bond for man accused of shooting at White House
A man accused of firing an assault rifle at the White House has been ordered held without bond.Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez appeared in federal court Monday and also was appointed a public defender. A judge set the next court hearing for Nov. 28, following a psychological evaluation.Ortega was arrested last week in Pennsylvania.
