Vikram also heaped praise on Kamal Haasan and recalled his childhood days. “When I was studying at Montford school, we mostly watch English films. But on some special occasions, each house captains would pick one Tamil film and all of them only picked Kamal sir’s films. He has been a big inspiration to all of us.'
Vikram said that among all his films like Nayakan, his dream role of Kamal Haasan is 'Sappani’ from 16 Vayadhinile. “But I’m very sure that I can’t remake the film,, he said.
“A lot of people think that I look stylish in Dhruva Natchathiram, but Kadaram Kondan too has that factor,” said Vikram who appreciated music composer Ghibran for his superb background score and the intro song. “Director Rajesh was hardworking and quite cool on the sets. The only problem is he would ask me to take a lot of pics of him,” laughed Vikram in his signature style.
“I was happy when they told me that Abi, son of Nassar sir also got a pivotal role in the film. I know him since he was a kid, Abi is such a disciplined actor. Akshara is the flower of the film which is filled with guns, hardcore action and blood,” said Vikram.
Kadaram Kondan is all set to release on July 19.
