AGS Entertainment is planning to release Thalapathy Vijay’s sports action entertainer Bigil in China.
As both Dangal (sports) and Mom (female-centric ) did well in China, the makers of Bigil are confident that their film will do well in Mandarin. Bigil is all about how a rebel coach trains an underprivileged women football team and lead them to win the trophy in a state-level match.
The production house is also conducting football matches in Chennai city and they are partnering with Sky E-Sports to develop a game on the occasion of Bigil release.
Archana Kalpathi, the creative producer of Bigil has revealed that the film’s budget is around 180 crores. Through the pre-release business, the makers have earned 20 crore rupees as table profit. Sources say that the film will hit the screens on October 25 (Friday).
