Arvind Swamy moves Madras HC to get his remuneration for 'Sathuranga Vettai 2'

Actor Arvind Swamy has moved Madras High Court to get his pending Rs 1.79 crores salary from Sathuranga Vettai 2’s producer Manobala. In his petition, Arvind Swamy has also said that his intention is not to ban the film but only to get back his pending remuneration from the producer.

In his interview, actor turned producer Manobala said that someone has provoked Arvind Swamy and forced him to approach Madras High Court. “I will settle Arvind Swamy’s pending salary before the dubbing and theatrical release”, said Manobala who will be filing his explanation on September 20 in the Court.

Directed by Nirmal, Trisha Krishnan plays Arvind Swamy’s pair in Sathuranga Vettai 2 and H Vinoth who directed the original version has penned the story.
