Bendu Appa Rao(Allari Naresh) is a doctor in a village. People in the village believe that he can cure any disease. Appa Rao takes advantage from that and exploits the villagers to the maximum.
He does it to meet the demands of his sister's husband (Krishna Bhagavan). Padma (Kamna Jethmalani) is the daughter of a landlord Ahuthi Prasad. She falls in love with Bendu Appa Rao. On one fateful day Appa Rao meets a person who met with an accident. That victim asks him to do a favour to him. The story takes a strange turn from there.
Meanwhile, a new school teacher (Meghana) comes to the village. Appa Rao decides to marry her. Why does he decides to marry the school teacher? What was the favour asked by that victim? Does Appa Rao keeps his promise or not forms the rest of the story.
Allari Naresh steals the show with his comedy timing. He is at his usual best in portraying the comic roles. Kamna Jethmalani comes up with a neat performance after a long time.
Meghana as school teacher adds to the glamour quotient of the film. Ahuthi Prasad's comedy track is hilarious. Krishna Bhagavan has done complete justice to his role. Srinivas Reddy raises few laughs. Almost all comedians in the industry is here to entertain you and they have done justice to their roles.
EVV comes up with another pure comedy film with Benda Appa Rao. His grip on comedy can be seen through out the film. Music by Koti is just average. Editing is crisp. Cinematography is Okay. Narration is effective. Production values of the film are good.
The first half of the film is completely hilarious. The second half is a blend of comedy and sentiment. The one-liner dialogues and grand comedy dialogues were the best part of this film.
Verdict: Average
