The team is said to have roped in cinematographers who usually capture international football matches so that the visual quality of the film will be superior.
Archana Kalpathi also praised Vijay who shot for the film continuously from early morning to the wee hours of the next day to reduce the production cost.
At the same launch venue, director Atlee said that though he only deals with state matches in Bigil, the visual output will on par with Barcelona matches. “I visited Goa to watch how football matches held in India. The crowd was just okay but the craze for the game and standards of the stadium in foreign countries were on a different level,” said Atlee at the event.
Bigil is all set to release this Diwali.
