Indian origin actresses or Indians with a foreign connection have been very popular too.
The most successful and lovable filmi cabaret dancer Helen was born in Yangon. Her mother was Burmese and father Anglo-Indian. One has simply lost count of the number of films she has appeared in and most Indians consider her pukka Indian and are unaware of her foreign roots. Her career spans more than 60 years.

Indo-Canadian Sunny Leone is becoming a regular in Bollywood. She debuted with Jism 2 in 2012 and if you count her starring roles, item numbers and guest appearances, then she has already been associated with more than 20 Bollywood films! Her porn star days seem totally behind her.
Hazel Keech who appeared in Bodyguard is also of Indian origin. She is part English and part Mauritian also did in an item number in Maximum (2012). She's marrying ace cricketer Yuvraj Singh.
