Chennai weekend box-office (Mar 25-27)

Wednesday, 30 March, 2005, 02:16

The Bangalore test match and lack of new Tamil releases has put the Chennai box-office into deep slumber with average attendance dipping to 42 percent during Easter weekend.

It has resulted in a crass horror film Boogyman emerging in the number one spot followed by Tango Charlie at number two. Mayaavi crashed to the third place while Black still goes steady and Million Dollar Baby, the Oscar sweeper is at fifth position.
