Chennai Box-Office Oct 31 to Nov 2

Tuesday, 4 November, 2014, 02:24

It was another rainy weekend at the CBO. Kaththi continued to dominate the box-office and was the clear number one by a mile. The film has grossed nearly Rs 5.40 Crore from Chennai city, huge by any yardstick. The controversies surrounding the film and the plagirisation charges have made the film a must see for the average audiences. Kaththi is a hit and is all set to be the highest grosser of the year.At number two is Poojai, which is having an average run. In the third place is David Fincher's Gone Girl, which is rocking the multiplexes. And at number four is Shah Rukh Khan's Happy New Year which is ok. Nerungi Vaa Muthamidathe is at number five, thanks to SPI Cinema distributing it and getting shows in multiplexes.
