Vetrimaran directed Aadukalam is expected to be one of the biggest films of 2010 and that explains why its lead actor Dhanush can’t see anything beyond the film right now.

It’s actually a gruelling experience for him in the tough terrains of Madurai where the film is being shot.

And now the exclusive tid-bit from the Aadukalam sets is that Dhanush has finally found his heroine for the film. The lucky girl is Tapasee (pronounced Tapsi), a software engineer from Punjab.

She is a rank newcomer to films and director Vetrimaran who wanted a fresh face as heroine says that it is Tapsee’s first tryst with the camera, but is a natural performer.

Tapsee , a brilliant student had developed an application for Iphone called fontswap and is all excited about her role as an Anglo-Indian girl in the film. Adds Dhanush: “The film is almost 85 percent complete and as I’ve told earlier, it is going to be a landmark film in my career”.
