We’ve all been treated to Ali Fazal’s turn as ‘Munshi’ in the trailer of upcoming British drama Victoria & Abdul. And we’re impressed. He’s come a long way and now, he’s sharing screen space and matching step with veteran actress Judi Dench. Wow!
Yes, Fazal made his international debut in Hollywood film Furious 7 (2015). But it’s forgettable. This though - Victoria & Abdul - is a feather in his cap. He’s practically in every frame of the trailer, and splashed across posters.
