M.S.Raju gets his Vicks formula 44, right on target with his hat trick victory with Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana. Throw in a vibrant debutant director like Prabhu Deva, dip into Sooraj Bharjatya library of various feel-good family entertainers like Maine Pyaar Kiya add a dash of Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya and a mish-mash of scenes from Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.

Voila! You have a saccharine coated candy floss champion that is superbly packaged by one of India?s most talented choreographers Prabhu Deva to suit the taste buds of Andhra audience. M.S.Raju?s well-written script, Devi Sri Prasad enchanting music, Venu?s excellent camera and above all the superb performance of the handpicked lead artists make Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana a real treat and a joy to watch on screen.

Sivaramakrishna( Sri Hari) is a son of the soil, a very hard working self-made man who dotes on his only sister Siri (Trisha). Their mother passed away very early and it was Sivaram who brought up Siri with a lot of love and affection. Siri?s best friend (Veda) takes Siri to her house for a few days as it is her marriage.

Enter Santhosh (Siddharth) a happy-go-lucky, son a millionaire (Prakash Raj and Geeta) NRI?s from London. Santhosh is the opposite of Siri in upbringing and status but by interval both fall in love. But what is love without obstacles? Santhosh?s sophisticated mother throws a spanner with the help of a sleaze ball (Jaya Prakash Reddy) who wants Santhosh to marry his daughter (Nandita).

Santhosh gets away from his dominating mother at the Dubai airport in transit to London and comes to Siri?s village and asks Sivaram for his sister?s hand. But the proud man hates rich people and put forward a condition which he thinks will drive the crazy fellow away! But how Santhosh takes up the bet and comes out in flying colours as he not only harvest more rice than Sivaraman but also wins over everyone with his good nature.

Although the characters are built on obvious clich?s, the charming performance of artists bring these seemingly archetypes to life. The most solid actor Sri Hari is at the epicenter of the film and as Sivaram he is convincing and lovable. The surprise packet however is Siddharth as the hyperactive, young man and he is just a riot! All the noises that he makes, facial expressions and body movements are awesome.

Trisha is amazing as Siri and she captures the zest and passion called for by the script. It is her career best performance and she has excelled throughout. Her innocent looks and adorable smile are her biggest assets. The on-screen chemistry between the lead pair, their hilarious bickering and bonding stays with you a long time after the film is over.

The supporting cast like Prakash Raj, Sunil, Geeta and others are top class. Devi Sri Prasad?s chic score enhances the mood of the film and cinematographer Venu?s shots are menthol-cool. M.S.Raju and Prahu Deva deserves to be applauded for deftly packaging and presenting the film in a sleek manner with enough masalas that will grab the viewers attention from scene one.

Verdict: Must See!
