Mancu Manoj, Harika, Brahmanandam
The film unfolds a love story in the backdrop of the International Airport in Malaysia. The hero has got only two hours to win the heart of a girl. What does he do to achieve the target? Will he succeed in the game?
Dhruv (Manoj Manchu) is a young man for whom love is a trivial issue. He is on a jolly trip abroad along with his friends. He is going to Singapore from KL airport. Harika (Payal Ghosh) is a Telugu girl studying in Malaysia and she is going to India to meet her future partner along with her friend.
An incident occurs and Dhruv bumps across Harika. He falls in love with her at first sight and he makes a decision to win her heart. But, Harika is a girl who believes in planning and being efficient but Dhruv is jovial person.
Dhruv has got only two hours to convey his love to Harika and her flight is about to leave the airport in two hours. How he does that and succeeds in getting her love is the crux of the story.
Manoj Manchu plays a different role and he needs to work hard on his expressions and is unable to emote with ease. Harika (Payal Ghosh) is apt as a heroine though she is not very attractive. She has that cute look and her eyes do most of the talking.
Janardhan, who played hero?s friend, is very good and he has got nice articulation and dialogue delivery. The scene in which Janardhan tells the script of ?Ugra Naram-Man of Muscles? to Brahmanandam is entertaining.
Brahmanandam portrayed the role of modern farmer Satyanarayana Swamy and has acted well. Tamim?s wit track is good and his body language is amusing. Kalpika, who played heroine?s friend, is pretty and the chemistry between Tamim and Kalpika has been workout very well. Daniel is sufficient.
Director Chandrasekhar Yeleti has a waferthin story but he has presented the film in a neat manner. The dialogues are okay, the script was written witout any flaws but the plot was too pale.
The backdrop and costumes are limited because the whole film takes place in single airport in a time of few hours. It is very difficult task to write a riveting screenplay for such a flick
Mahesh Shankar composed the good music and his background score is okay. The picturisation of songs are good and the cinematography by Sarvesh Murari is appreciable. Graphics in songs was effective.
Lyrics by Anant Sreeram are good and some of the dialogues are humorous. Editing could have been better. The first half of the film is good where the airport episode starts. There is wrap and uncertainty in the second half. The climax gets better, but it should have been tighter. The strong points of the film are exciting idea, music and class comedy.
Time pass comedy entertainer
Average comedy entertainer
Decent rural family entertainer
Soubin Shahir and Mamta Mohandas shine in this conventional film
