Actor Suriya has issued a clear statement on the new National Educational Policy. The Kaappaan actor clarified that he raised questions only as a common man. Suriya also listed out that his Agaram Foundation helped for the higher education of fifty-four Government school students in medicine and more than a thousand students in engineering.
But after the advent of NEET exams, his Agaram Foundation couldn't find even one economically underprivileged Government school student who qualified for medicine which talks volumes on how the entrance exam ruined the dream of many young minds.
Suriya also thanked his fans and colleagues who supported him on his opinion regarding National Educational Policy.
