The big buzz is that Trisha has opted out of Dhanush’s Vetrimaran directed Adukalam.
Remember that Trisha signed this coveted role last February and has shot for four days during the second schedule of the film in Madurai.
However we understand that after signing Priyadarshan’s Akshay Kumar film in Hindi, Trisha will not have enough dates to do the Dhanush project as she will have to complete her current assignments and will be shooting continuously abroad for her Telugu film with Gopichand in Sydney followed by a 20 days schedule of Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya in New York.
After completing the Gautham Menon film, Trisha will go to Europe for a month-long schedule of Namo Venkatesa opposite Venkatesh in Telugu. And according to grapevine, the actress has given bulk dates of over 2 months for her Hindi film, which will be her big ticket to Bollywood.
Adukalam is not a pucca commercial film and will take time to complete. When contacted, no one was willing to comment but the buzz is that Vetrimaran has already started looking for a new face to replace Trisha. Watch this space for more.
