F for Finger pointing
Even when a Pakistan terror group claims responsibility, authorities still point fingers at India. Conspiracy theories abound and thanks to that the actual perpetrators are never caught.

They are available like vegetables in Pakistan and gun markets are common. AK-47s have been reverse engineered and they are fired even in functions and weddings.

Pashtun warlord Sirajuddin Haqqani fights the US-led forces in Afghanistan and has strong links with Pakistani terror groups. The Harkat-ul-Mujahideen is one of the many terror groups with a Kashmir focus.
