Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the admit cards for the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) 2019.Candidates who are set to appear for the examinations may download their cards from the official website, ctet.nic.in
The CTET 2019 exam is compulsory for candidates looking to apply for teacher jobs in classes 1 to 8.The examination is to be held on July 7, 2019.While the paper I of the exam will be held in the morning shift, from 9.30 am to 12.00 noon, paper II will be held from 2.00 pm in the afternoon till 4.30 pm.
Paper I will be of two hours' duration and will have 150 multiple-choice questions. There will be 5 sections - Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. Each section will have 30 questions carrying 30 marks.
Paper II will be of two hours' duration and will have 150 multiple-choice questions. There will be 5 sections - Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics and Science, and Social Studies/Social Science. The first three sections will have 30 questions each and the last two sections will have 60 questions each. Each question will have 1 mark each.
The admit cards or hall tickets for the examinations are yet to be released by CBSE.
Here are simple steps to be followed to download the CTET July 2019 admit card:
1. Visit the official website of CTET on ctet.nic.in
2. Click on the link ‘CTET 2019 Admit Card’
3. Enter the required details in the spaces provided and click on submit
Remember to take a print of the admit card, without which candidates will not be allowed to take part in the exam.
Candidates appearing for the CTET 2019 Examination must carry a printed copy of the Admit Card and a valid ID proof like PAN Card, Aaadhaar Card, passport, ration card, Voter ID or Driving License.
